NAVIGATION LIGHT SYSTEMS
Navigation lights with 20 year warranty
Reliable, safe and cost efficient
Tranberg is a forerunner of low-voltage lanterns and lantern control systems. The benefits of safe 24V systems are more durable light sources and reduced chances of current leakages in the lanterns. As a standard we have function for compensating voltage-loss in cables, with full monitoring for short or open circuits. Tranberg navigation light systems are designed and delivered fit for purpose, reducing installation cost and commissioning. The end result: A lantern performance which surpasses that of the competitors.
Our controllers range from direct control to the state-of-the-art microprocessor-based Commander Series, which offer backlit panels, automatic switch-over to spare lanterns, external alarm functions, VDR-port, and a modular concept which simplifies maintenance and repair. The Commander Series can control any type of 24V and 230V navigation and signal lights, including flashers and dimmable Panama lights.
The Tranberg lanterns are famous for their 20 year warranty, which is due to the use of durable materials, such as brass and glass. The wide range covers vessels ranging from 12 meters and up.
All Tranberg navigation lights and navigation light controllers comply with all relevant SOLAS and IEC demands.
LIGHTING
Built in brass and stainless steel for rough environments

Work lights
Tranberg products are made to withstand adverse weather at sea, and a lot of products are available in Ex models for installation in hazardous areas.
SEARCHLIGHT SYSTEMS
Searchlights in stainless steel. Control up to 8 searchlights from ONE panel. Low installation costs due to single network cable.
Hars environments demand tough products. Tranberg's standard for searchlights is stainless steel housing, eliminating corrosion problems while increasing housing strength.
The searchlights range from 1000W to 3000W, and are available with halogen, SHRI or xenon light sources. A wide range of control accessories are available, such as bridge-, direct- and motorized controlled units. Tranberg offers traditional control panels requiring multicore cables between the panels and searchlights. We have also introduced the Commander bus-controlled concept which significantly reduces installation work and maximizes user friendliness for the end user. This system can operate up to 8 searchlights from the same panel. Tranberg also offers searchlights for search- and rescue operations (SAR), including panels that can control both regular and UV searchlights.
FLOODLIGHTS
Floodlight in stainless steel for arctic environment
Also available in EEx d in aluminium housing
The Tranberg range of floodlights is based on many years of experience and extensive research in the field of professional marine lighting. Carefully selected materials are used to ensure maximum performance, low maintenance and a long trouble free life.
Our broad range of products includes floodlights for safe and hazardous areas.
The floodlights are available with halogen, metal halide or high press sodium bulb and wide and narrow beam from 200W to 1000W.
HELIDECK EQUIPMENT
The helideck windsock and light systems delivered by Tranberg are designed to meet the toughest conditions in the helicopter landing areas. The floodlights are designed to provide adequate illumination of the whole area without glare to pilots or helicopter personell in the area. Helideck equipment manufactured by Tranberg is delivered to offshore installations, oil tankers and supply ships all over the world.
Helideck equipment from Tranberg is used for operation on elevated and non-elevated helidecks onshore and offshore in harsh environments.
The light give pilots a visual awareness of their position relative to the helidecks.
